James has been involved in the Supply Chain industry for almost 30 years, culminating in the last 7 years at AutoStore System AS. Since joining AutoStore in 2017, James has grown the business from 1st employee to an established brand, using his industry knowledge and experience to design disruptive automation solutions for a wide range of clients, from start up to multi-national blue chip businesses. James will use this combined experience to share with the audience the advantages, along with risks associated with implementing automation and also how he sees the future of the Warehousing and Supply Chain sector.
